Analytical products and services provided for Amazon Selling Partners

Gauditor offers the following analytical products and services to Amazon Selling Partners (sellers and vendors). Each product uses only catalog, listing, and performance data necessary to deliver the described analytical outputs. No Amazon customer personally identifiable information (PII) is accessed or processed.

Catalog analytics

Product: Analysis of product catalog data (listings, attributes, and related metadata) from Seller Central and Vendor Central to identify data quality issues, completeness gaps, and optimization opportunities.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Product health scoring and trend analysis based on catalog completeness and attribute quality
  • Data quality metrics and completeness tracking for listings
  • Brand distribution and category analysis derived from catalog attributes
  • Performance metrics and rating analysis tied to catalog and listing data

Data used: Catalog items, listing attributes, and product identifiers (ASIN, SKU). No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: This product is accurately described above; we use only the data stated, solely for these catalog analytics, and do not access or process customer PII. Data is isolated per Selling Partner.

Brand analytics

Product: Analytical product that helps Selling Partners (sellers and vendors) understand and optimize their brand presence on Amazon. We analyze brand-related catalog and listing attributes from the Selling Partner’s own catalog—including brand name, product type, and category—to support brand consistency, listing quality, and compliance. This product does not access or use Amazon customer PII or Amazon consumer behavior data.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Analysis of brand name and brand-related attributes across the Selling Partner’s catalog (completeness, consistency, and correctness)
  • Identification and categorization of products by brand using catalog and listing data (ASIN, SKU, product type, brand attribute)
  • Tracking and reporting of brand-related listing quality and attribute coverage for the Selling Partner’s own products
  • Monitoring of brand-related catalog compliance (e.g., required brand attributes, product-type rules) for the Selling Partner’s listings
  • Insights and recommendations to improve brand representation and listing accuracy, derived only from the Selling Partner’s catalog and listing data

Data used: Only the Selling Partner’s own catalog and listing data obtained via Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API): product identifiers (ASIN, SKU), brand name and brand-related attributes, product type, category, and other listing attributes. We do not access or process Amazon customer personally identifiable information (PII), Amazon consumer behavior data, or any data about other sellers’ products.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: This brand analytics product is clearly and accurately described above. We use only the data types stated, solely to provide these analytical services to the respective Selling Partner. We do not access or process Amazon customer PII; all data is the Selling Partner’s own catalog and listing data, with strict workspace and account isolation.

Compliance analytics

Product: Automated compliance monitoring and analysis to determine whether Selling Partners’ catalogs meet Amazon listing requirements. Identifies missing or invalid attributes, validates against requirement rules, and tracks compliance status.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Listing requirements validation and gap analysis by product type
  • Compliance status tracking and reporting
  • Monitoring of upcoming requirement changes
  • Compliance score calculation and trends

Data used: Catalog and listing attributes, product types, and requirement rules. No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: This compliance analytics product is described accurately; we use only catalog and requirement data for these purposes. No customer PII; data is scoped to the Selling Partner’s own catalog and isolated per account.

Performance analytics

Product: Product-level performance analytics (e.g. ratings, reviews, pricing, and sales-related metrics) to help Selling Partners understand performance and opportunities. Based on aggregated or product-level data made available for analytical use.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Rating and review analysis and trends
  • Pricing analysis and competitive insights
  • Product performance benchmarking
  • Trend identification and reporting

Data used: Product performance and business report data as permitted by Amazon. No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: Performance analytics are as described; we use only permitted performance and business report data for these insights. No customer PII; data is used solely for the respective Selling Partner with strict isolation.

Catalog submission and diagnostic data

Product: Tools that allow Selling Partners to submit catalog and listing updates to Amazon and to retrieve diagnostic data (e.g. sales rank, buy box, categories) for their own catalog items via approved APIs.

Services provided to Selling Partners:

  • Submission of product attribute updates and listing data to Amazon in accordance with Amazon’s feeds and listings APIs
  • Retrieval and display of diagnostic and catalog data for the Selling Partner’s own products
  • Bulk and single-item workflows for catalog and listing management

Data used: Catalog and listing data provided by the Selling Partner and diagnostic data returned by Amazon for their products. No customer PII.

AUP 4.4 & 4.5: Submission and diagnostic tools are as described; we use only the Selling Partner’s own catalog and Amazon-returned diagnostic data for these services. No customer PII; data is strictly per Selling Partner and isolated per account.
